I've been with Susquehanna Insurance for about 20 years with both home and business products. Deb has been around since the beginning of that time and knows the commercial market better than anyone in the industry. On the personal coverage side, Miriam is the friendliest, kindest agent you could hope for. She always makes herself available to discuss plans and options when needed. Both agents are true advocates for their customers.

All our insurance needs are with Susquehanna Insurance and it has been a pleasure working with them. I have had to file two claims and they were there ready to assist and handle quickly and efficiently. Susquehanna Insurance is reliable and caring and that is the type of agency I look for. I have not looked outside this agency for better pricing as my comfort level with them has been exceptional.

I got my business insurance here several years ago. The service was so good, I came back for home insurance. The staff is great. They make you feel comfortable through the process, and if you have any questions at all, they also respond quickly to emails and messages. I highly recommend Susquehanna Insurance.

I have never had one single bad experience with Susquehanna Insurance in the 26 years I have been with them. And they have never given me reason to give my business anywhere else. I would highly recommend Susquehanna Insurance. Rebecca Hayes receives my highest rating. I contacted Susquehanna while shopping around for vehicle insurance and Rebecca was my contact. She was very helpful in offering some options that would fit our use of vehicles rather than "here it is.... take it or leave it". She also gets a gold star for her promptness in responding to my emails. Glad I found this agency!

Susquehanna Insurance is the best agency I have ever conducted business with. They offer top notch insurance companies with very competitive rates. The staff is always friendly and professional. My agent Matt goes above and beyond in taking care of his clients. He truly cares about providing the best products and giving us honest advice given any situation. If you're looking to compare rates, give Matt the opportunity to do so, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Working with Matt and the team has been great! Their customer service is very personal and helpful and they were able to offer us a great deal as my fiancé and I combined our insurance plans. Great customer service in a very personal manner. I am confident in her recommendations that she has my best interests in mind. I would recommend her to my family and friends without hesitation.

I love working with the team at Susquehanna Insurance and I'm always referring friends. Angie is my agent and is very responsive to emails, friendly and knowledgeable. My family has several auto insurance policies with Susquehanna and have made a lot of changes recently. Angie and Miriam responded to all the changes and requests quickly and professionally.
